The Greyhound Rugby Football Club (GRFC) web site,"www.greyhoundrugby.com," is ready for internet viewing. Thanks to Jared Swanson (Class of 2006) for creating the custom logo. Elliot Holmes (Class of 2006) created our official Greyhound Rugby crest displayed on the web site and embroidered on our jerseys. Our rugby players are multitalented!
One of the key features (i.e., menu option) of the site is a Calendar. Check it regularly for club information. Every attempt will be made to keep it current and up to date, showing game schedules/changes and other events relevant to the team. When an important date is added to the Calendar, a Newsletter will be sent to Parents and Players regarding the Calendar update. To make sure that you receive a Newsletter, please go to the web site, click on the menu option "Greyhound Newsletter" and subscribe. An automatically generated email will be sent to the email address used to subscribe. Please open this email and click on the link that confirms you subscribed to the Newsletter. This will redirect you to the web site where a "Subscribed" message will appear, confirming that you have successfully signed up for the Greyhound Rugby Newsletter. Remember, this is a three (3) step process. First, go to the web site and click on the menu option "Greyhound Newsletter." Type in your email address in the box located on the right side of the page. Second, check your regular email account (i.e., the one used to sign up for the Newsletter) for an incoming, automatically generated email from the Greyhound Rugby web site. Open the email and click on the link that confirms you subscribed to the Newsletter. Third, make sure you receive a "Subscribed" successfully confirmation message, displayed in your web browser, after clicking on the email link. You're done! If you have problems with any of the three steps, feel free to contact us and ask for assistance.
With parental and player approval, personal information will be compiled in a Contact List that can be accessed through the password protected "Parents & Players Only" menu option on the web site. To have your information included in this Contact List and get the password instructions for access, please click on the "Contact Us" menu option and send us a message.
Remember, subscribe to the Newsletter to insure you receive future updates about GRFC events. And, let us know if you want your contact information ((parents' and players'names, home & cell phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses, etc.)included in the Contact List posted on the Greyhound Rugby web site. All information on the Contact List will be protected by the use of a password for entering the "Parents and Players Only" page where the list will be posted.
